Privacy
Navee records a shop's invoices and their payment status. This page says what data the product holds, where it is held, and how a seller can ask for it back or ask us to delete it. It is a first draft, not a final legal policy.
What we hold
The shop's details: its name, currency, branches, products, categories and customers. The invoices made in the shop: their lines, amounts, payment status, payment records and history. The Telegram account that uses the bot: its Telegram user id, the name shown to the bot, and the chosen language. Staff members and their roles. A shop's connected AI apps and their connection details, when the seller connects one.
Where it is held
In Navee's own database, on infrastructure Navee operates. The hosting region, the retention period and the backup schedule are not established yet.
Who can see it
The seller, and the people the seller adds to the shop within the roles the product gives them. Navee's own team can reach the database to run and support the service; its access policy is not established yet. When a seller connects an AI app, the data that connection needs goes to that app, on the seller's action.

Getting your data back or deleted
Message Navee on Telegram at @navee_business_bot and ask for a copy of your shop's data, or ask us to delete it. The process for answering these requests, the time it takes, and what is kept after deletion are not established yet.
