Terms
These terms cover the Navee Telegram seller bot. They are a first draft, not a final agreement, and they have not been reviewed by a lawyer.
What Navee does
Navee records a shop's invoices and their payment status. It does not move money, hold money or process payments. A payment marked in the bot is a record the seller makes; the money itself moves outside Navee.
Your shop
The seller is responsible for the shop's details, products, customers and invoices, and for who it adds to the shop. The seller must have the right to enter the data it enters.
AI connections
A seller may connect an AI app to a shop. That connection is the seller's choice, and its use is between the seller and that app.
Change and availability
Navee may change, pause or stop the service. Notice periods, refunds, and what happens to data when the service stops are not established yet.
What Navee promises
The product is at an early stage. Navee does not yet publish a warranty or a service level; both are not established yet.
